Djemila (from Arabic: جميلة, "the beautiful"; Ǧmila in Berber) is an ancient city located in the territory of the eponymous commune of Djemila, in the wilaya of Sétif, on the edge of the Constantinois region in Algeria. The Djemila site shelters the remains of the ancient Cuicul, a Roman city, classified as a world heritage site by UNESCO.
