Malva sylvestris - Wild Mallow

This plant belongs to the Malvaceae family. More noble than its relatives, it has, however, the advantage of flowering abundantly and everywhere, particularly in fields, waste places and roadsides.
Possessing softening properties, it is used in infusion, lotions or poultices. In the past, it was used to treat internal or external inflammations. it was also grown as a vegetable.
