Its dark green palms are quite long, the leaflets are strongly curved, The thorns are distributed in pairs or groups of three over a length of 100 cm. The bunch is small and full, yellow in color.
It's a small round date. It is honeyed and shiny, amber tending to black. It is widespread in the M’Zab region.
