Red ear, medium, compact, short grain. The height of the plant at maturity can reach 120 centimeters. This wheat is resistant to yellow rust and not very prone to other diseases. The Mohamed Ben Bachir variety remains the most cultivated variety in the Sétif region because of the quality of its grain for making frik.
