Fruit production - Cherries
The Cherry is the most popular of the small red fruits. It is a drupe, spherical in shape, generally more or less dark red, or yellow.
The fruits mature at the beginning of June. The favored expansion zones are Kabylia, notably Aïn El Hammam and Larbâa Nath Irathen, as well as Médéa, Miliana and Tlemcen.
