Building of the ENA National School of Administration
The path traveled by the National School of Administration is inseparable from that which we have throughout the evolution of the construction of the Algerian State and its Administration.
Indeed, since the country's independence, one of the major concerns of public authorities has been to set up administrative institutions responsible for meeting the challenges linked to the operation of public services and the work of national development. Among other things, the National School of Administration, it embodied the desire of the young Algerian State to build an Administration up to the challenges of national development.
Today, 47 years after its creation, the School can be proud of the training of more than 6,391 executives, including 1,829 for the general administration of various central State services, 1,247 for the administration of the economy and finance, more than 400 magistrates and 300 diplomats.
After devoting itself to initial training, the School focused on developing administrative documentation and research activities, subsequently investing in the implementation of continuing training programs for public administration executives in general and territorial executives in particular.
Faithful to its tradition of openness to the world, the ENA has strengthened its international action by asserting its presence in multilateral cooperation programs and by consolidating its partnerships with its counterparts around the world.
