Constantine Cable Car
Commissioned in June 2008, the Constantine cable cars cross the Oued Rhummel gorges to connect the eastern part of the city at the Tatache Belkacem square to the western part at the Emir Abdelkader city, over a length of 1701.42 m transporting 2000 people per hour with a capacity of 15 people per cabin.
Gondolas provide a new, efficient and cost-effective transport solution for many of the 100,000 people who live in the north of Constantine.
Given the picturesque nature of the region and the magnificent panorama enjoyed by the gondola, the line also attracts tourists.
