The New City of Ali Mendjeli
Algeria has adopted new housing programs in recent years in order to bring urban design into line with the process of development and planning of the requirements of the modern city.
The New City of Ali Mendjeli:
Located on the west side of the Ain El Bey plateau in the wilaya of Constantine on the axis of national road No. 101 linking the towns of El Khroub and Ain Smara, occupying an area of 1500 hectares.
Its location excels due to its positioning and the availability of land that can be developed, it has a large area of activity which gives it an important economic role at the local and national level.
Divided into 20 residential units (district), in addition to the city center which is its nerve center.
We also find in this urban center all the necessary amenities such as schools, shopping centers and stores. In addition to public, administrative, economic and cultural services such as post offices, youth centers, cultural centers, mosques and green spaces.
