Jujube honey (Sidr)
Honey is a liquid substance produced by bees from nectar collected in flowers; it has a thick texture and a sweet taste. There are different types of honey.

Produced by bees which gather nectar and transform the nectar of the small flowers of the jujube tree, also known as: Cane or sea buckthorn tree which has several medicinal properties. This honey is characterized by its unique taste.
