Hassiba Ben Bouali

Hassiba was born on January 18, 1938 in Chlef where she did her primary education. With his family; she settled in Algiers and continued her teaching at the Aïn Zerka school. Then, she campaigned within the General Union of Algerian Students. The martyr had joined the commando cells of the Liberation Front in order to carry out operations in public places in Algiers. Wanted by the police, Hassiba continued her fight under the command of Larbi ben M'hidi until she fell in battle on October 8, 1957 in the Casbah district of Algiers.
