It is prepared from coarse semolina with melted butter or smen and flower water. Almonds or dates are used for the stuffing, then it is fried in oil over a fire or baked in the oven, then it is placed in honey flavored with the taste of flower water, which gives it a delicious taste and a beautiful golden color at the end. It is best served with a cup of hot tea.
