located approximately 10 km from the town of Béjaïa and 2 km from the national road RN26.

The Zn-Pb deposit is part of the Amizour mountain range and covers an area of ​​approximately 70 km2.

Discovered in 1990 following prospecting work launched in 1987, it represents polymetallic zinc-lead mineralization (Zn, Pb) and another in the form of a pyritic cluster. The Oued Amizour magmatic complex crops out in the innermost part of the external domain and includes seven plutons of unequal extension. The other part is volcanic, made up of lavas and pyroclastites.
