Ali Ammar Stadium (also known as Ali La Pointe Stadium)
Located in the commune of Douéra, wilaya of Algiers, this multi-sport stadium has a total capacity of 40,000 seats. It includes a football field built to FIFA specifications (105 x 68 meters), two secondary synthetic turf fields measuring 105 x 68 meters, a conference room with 105 seats, a 34 m² media center, and a television studio.
It also includes changing rooms for athletes, referees and ball boys, as well as several toilets intended for VIPs, the public (men, women and people with reduced mobility), as well as changing rooms for staff. In addition, the stadium is equipped with parking lots, outdoor facilities and a helicopter landing zone, used for emergencies and official delegations.
On July 3, 2024, the stadium, named after the martyr 'Ali Ammar' (also known as 'Ali La Pointe'), was inaugurated by President Abdelmadjid Tebboune. The historic club 'Mouloudia d'Algiers' has obtained the management rights of the stadium and its facilities, in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 23-385 of October 30, 2023.
