“e-Chifa” mainly targets university students, due to their familiarity with the digital environment.
The digital version is accessible via the “El Hanaa” mobile application on smartphones.
This card constitutes an innovative tool allowing students to easily benefit from in-kind benefits by presenting a QR code at the pharmacist, without needing the physical card.
It eliminates the need for previously required updates and complies with regulatory provisions relating to the protection of personal data.
It allows for rapid processing and reduces the time it takes to cover the needs of social security policyholders in terms of benefits.
