National digital transformation strategy 2025-2030
The Presidency of the Republic approved the National Digital Transformation Strategy 2025–2030, which now constitutes the national reference and the regulatory framework for the digitalization process in Algeria. This decision illustrates the firm commitment of the President of the Republic to make digital transformation a state policy of a strategic nature and a national priority.
Placed under the slogan “Towards a Digital Algeria 2030”, this strategy defines a global roadmap aimed at coordinating and harmonizing digitalization efforts on a national scale, with the perspective of building a modern, innovative and competitive digital society and economy.
It is structured around three major objectives:
Modernize and expand digital infrastructure.
Simplify and improve public services through efficient digital solutions.
Encourage innovation and develop a dynamic and diversified digital economy.
The implementation of this strategy is based on two essential pillars:
1. A solid legal and regulatory framework guaranteeing the structuring and sustainability of the digitization process.
2. Strengthening cybersecurity to ensure the protection of data and national information infrastructure.
