Solidarity with the Palestinian People
The Palestinian Revolution has entered a decisive phase of its just fight for the right of the Palestinian people to self-determination.
This fight was launched on January 1, 1965 with limited means, but with men convinced of their just cause and determined to realize the aspirations of their people.
By going through the different stages of the revolutionary process, the struggle of this people has reached the stage of generalized popular revolution. After ten years of heroic struggle, the Palestinian people have finally convinced world public opinion of the justness of their cause and the legitimacy of their fight.
This is how the United Nations, by an almost unanimous vote, recognized the Palestine Liberation Organization, the authentic and sole representative of the Palestinian people.
Today, while the popular masses in occupied Palestine rise up with extraordinary courage against the Zionist usurper, the Palestinian resistance is the subject of attempts to liquidate it by the Lebanese Phalanges aided in their dishonorable work by imperialism and certain dark forces.
Hardened by the painful experience of “Black September”, the Palestinian resistance, supported by the progressive Lebanese forces and all Arab patriots, will break the plot and will surely triumph. To the widespread insurrection of the Palestinian people in occupied land, to the heroic resistance of Palestinian and Lebanese fighters to the forces of evil, Algeria dedicates this stamp.
