Caracal Felis caracal

It is a large, robust cat with a flat head and long ears, narrow and pointed, ending in a brush of black hair. The legs are long. The caracal lives in desert environments, in mountains, in scrubland and forests.
Of nocturnal habits, the caracal is a very agile feline since it can catch birds in flight. It feeds on rodents, hares, birds and lizards.
