Mentouri University of Constantine
Algerian university located in the city of Constantine, in the northeast of the country, 400 km from the capital Algiers.
It is ranked by U.S. News & World Report at 50th in the 2016 regional ranking of Arab universities.
It was designed under the leadership of President Boumedienne according to the plans of the Brazilian architect (contacted by the Ecotec design office headed by Mr. Mehennaoui Abdelhamid) Oscar Niemeyer, and built by the Ecotec company headed by Abdelhamid Mehennaoui 3,4,5. The university is made up of six blocks:
Block of letters,
Science block,
Rights Block (Tidjani),
Central Library,
Auditorium,
Great Restaurant.
